How do you choose who I'm matched with? We use your application, your conversation with us, and your feedback after each date to make thoughtful matches. It is not random and it is not based on swiping. Each introduction is intentional.
What does the date experience actually look like? We match you with a member and set up everything ahead of time. Your reservation is made and your table is waiting.
Before the date, you’ll receive three fun facts about the person you’re meeting. It’s just enough to spark your curiosity and give you something to look forward to, without overthinking or expectations.
Then you show up, sit down, and meet someone new. No profiles, no guessing, no pressure to perform. Just real conversation and a chance to see how it feels in person.
Do I pay anything when I go on the date? No. Your dinner and gratuity are covered as part of your membership. There is nothing to pay and no awkward “who pays for the bill” moments.
What if I get stood up? It happens, and we handle it. If your date does not show, we will arrange another date for you at no extra cost. If someone repeatedly misses dates, they are removed from the membership.
What if I meet someone I really like?That’s the goal, right!? If you want to continue seeing each other, you can. Any remaining value in your membership can be applied toward future dates with that person.
What if I want to pause my membership or cancel?After your inital 3-month commitment, you can pause or cancel your membership. Just let us know before your next billing cycle.
