By applying for membership, maintaining an active membership, accepting introductions, attending dates, or otherwise participating in the services offered by Real Dates, LLC (“Real Dates”), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct & Participant Agreement.

1. Our Purpose

Real Dates is a curated dating service dedicated to creating thoughtful, intentional introductions between adults seeking meaningful relationships. Every member deserves to feel respected, safe, and comfortable throughout the experience.

  • Arrive on time for scheduled dates or communicate promptly if plans must change.

  • Respect another person’s boundaries, privacy, personal space, and decisions.

  • Accept rejection gracefully without pressure, retaliation, repeated contact, or attempts to persuade someone who has declined further communication.

  • Conduct yourself lawfully and responsibly at all times.

  • Provide truthful and accurate information throughout the application, interview, and membership process.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your membership without refund:

  • Harassment of any kind.

  • Stalking or repeated unwanted communication.

  • Threatening, intimidating, abusive, coercive, or aggressive behavior.

  • Physical violence or threats of violence.

  • Sharing another member’s personal or identifying information without their consent.

  • Recording conversations or dates without permission where prohibited by law.

  • Providing false information or misrepresenting your identity.

  • Criminal or illegal activity.

  • Any conduct that Real Dates reasonably determines creates an unsafe, hostile, or uncomfortable experience for another member or reflects poorly on the integrity of the service.

4. Personal Safety

While Real Dates carefully interviews members and curates introductions, no dating service can eliminate all risks associated with meeting new people.

Members are responsible for exercising sound judgment before, during, and after every date.

For your safety, we recommend that members:

  • Meet in public locations for initial dates.

  • Tell a trusted friend or family member where you are going.

  • Arrange your own transportation.

  • Drink responsibly and avoid excessive alcohol or substance use.

  • Leave immediately if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Real Dates does not monitor dates in real time and cannot provide emergency assistance.

If you believe you are in immediate danger or require emergency assistance, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

Emergency situations should always be reported to law enforcement first when appropriate. After you are safe, please notify Real Dates so we can take any necessary action regarding the member involved.

Members agree to promptly notify Real Dates if they experience or become aware of:

  • Harassment

  • Threats

  • Stalking

  • Criminal activity

  • Significant safety concerns

  • Conduct that violates this Code of Conduct

Reports should be made as soon as reasonably possible. Real Dates reserves the right to investigate complaints and may suspend or terminate a member based on credible information, even if criminal charges are never filed.

7. Membership Suspension and Termination

Real Dates reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any membership for violations of this Code of Conduct or for any behavior that is inconsistent with our values or compromises the safety or experience of our members.

If your membership is terminated for misconduct:

  • Your membership ends immediately.

  • All remaining membership benefits are forfeited.

  • No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or future services will be issued.

10. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Dates, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your participation in Real Dates or your interactions with other members, except to the extent caused by Real Dates’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Members remain solely responsible for exercising their own judgment before, during, and after every interaction. Real Dates does not supervise dates, monitor communications between members, or control the actions of participants once an introduction has been made.

12. Privacy and Confidentiality

Members agree to respect the privacy of all participants.

Personal information learned through Real Dates may not be shared, published, or used for any purpose unrelated to developing a personal relationship without that person’s consent.
