Welcome to Real Dates. By applying for or purchasing a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Policies.
1. Membership Overview
Real Dates is a curated dating experience designed to facilitate in-person introductions through planned, blind dates. Membership includes access to our application, interview, vetting, matching, and date coordination process, subject to membership eligibility and availability.
Membership does not guarantee a specific number of matches beyond the minimum stated in your membership terms, nor does it guarantee compatibility, chemistry, timing, or any particular dating outcome. Timing of matches and dates may vary based on compatibility, availability, scheduling, and market conditions.
2. Eligibility and Approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into Real Dates. All applicants are subject to review, and we reserve the right to approve, decline, or place applicants on a waitlist at our discretion.
To participate, members must provide accurate and current information throughout the application and onboarding process. Members must also remain active, responsive, and reasonably available for matching and scheduling in order to participate in the service.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
3. Membership Term and Billing
Real Dates memberships begin once payment is completed and membership is activated.
Current membership terms:
$349 per month
3-month minimum commitment
3 dates within 90 days
Membership is billed on a monthly basis. By purchasing a membership, you agree to an initial 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-month term, membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or renewal.
The minimum date commitment applies only while the member remains active, responsive, available for matching, and in compliance with Real Dates policies.
Membership fees are billed according to the payment terms presented at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, membership renewals, pauses, or cancellations will follow the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellations
Members may cancel future monthly renewals in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at the time of purchase. The initial 3-month commitment is non-cancelable once purchased, except where required by law.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to billing@meetrealdates.com before the next monthly billing date. If notice is not received before the next billing date, the upcoming monthly charge will still apply.
Cancellation during the initial 3-month commitment will stop future renewals only after that initial term has been completed. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for charges already incurred.
5. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.
Because Real Dates involves time, planning, vetting, coordination, and date-related expenses, refunds are not provided for unused time, change of mind, dissatisfaction with a match, lack of chemistry, failure to use the service during an active membership period, or removal from the service due to violation of these Terms & Policies.
6. Rescheduling and No-Shows
Members may request to reschedule a date up to 5 days prior to the scheduled date.
If a member cancels with fewer than 5 days’ notice, fails to attend a scheduled date, or otherwise does not show up, Real Dates reserves the right to treat that date as fulfilled under the membership terms.
If a member no-shows a scheduled date, that will count as a no-show instance. After a second no-show, the member will be removed from the service without refund.
If a member is stood up by the other party, Real Dates will offer a replacement date at its discretion in accordance with current policy.
7. Match and Date Experience
Real Dates provides curated introductions and planned date experiences. We do not guarantee mutual interest, long-term compatibility, romantic success, or relationship outcomes.
Members understand that dating involves personal judgment and individual experiences that cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
Any vetting or background check conducted by Real Dates is limited in scope and does not guarantee safety, conduct, compatibility, identity, or future behavior.
8. Conduct Expectations
Members are expected to behave respectfully toward matches, restaurant partners, venues, and the Real Dates team.
The following may result in suspension or removal from the service without refund:
harassment or abusive behavior
repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations
dishonesty in the application or interview process
inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive conduct
misuse of the service or violation of these Terms & Policies
Real Dates reserves the right to suspend or remove any member, at its discretion, for conduct that is dishonest, inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with the service.
9. Member Information
By applying to Real Dates, you agree to provide accurate and current information. We may use the information you submit to review your application, conduct interviews, facilitate matching, coordinate dates, communicate with you, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information to other members, outside companies, or third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may share limited information only as reasonably necessary to facilitate the date experience, coordinate logistics, or operate the service.
10. Date Details and Venue Changes
Real Dates coordinates dates through third-party venues, including restaurants and similar locations. Date details, venues, timing, and logistics may change based on availability, scheduling, weather, illness, emergencies, venue changes, or other circumstances.
We reserve the right to adjust these details as needed to deliver the experience. Real Dates is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events outside of our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
Real Dates is a curated introduction and coordination service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Dates is not liable for personal decisions, interpersonal outcomes, emotional outcomes, acts or omissions of members, third-party venues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Members participate at their own discretion and are responsible for their own conduct, choices, and personal decisions before, during, and after the date experience.
12. Right to Update Policies
We may update these Terms & Policies from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Disputes
If a member has a concern regarding the service, they agree to contact Real Dates first at info@meetrealdates.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally before pursuing other action.
